How much does commercial property maintenance cost?
A: It depends. Many of the services we provide our commercial clients are priced on the size of the property along with the amount of time and labour needed to fulfill the contract.
Can I pay for only the services I need to maintain my commercial property?
Absolutely! No two businesses or commercial properties are alike therefore no two Lawn Lions packages are alike. Although we don’t offer an ‘a-la carte’ option, we are flexible in our service packages and we’re confident we can craft the perfect one for you.

How do I know what services I need to maintain my commercial property?
At first glance many property managers or business owners will feel that regular grass cutting and snow removal are all that they need to maintain their property year round. However, in order to maintain the health and appearance of plants, grass and shrubs on your property requires more care, such as aerating, dethatching, overseeding and fertilizing.

What services are included in a snow contract?
Our snow contracts provide snow removal and salting/de-icing of walkways and parking lots according to your specifications from the beginning of November to the end of March. The effects of snow and freezing rain can be a safety concern for many businesses, but a Lawn Lions snow contract ensures that your property will be maintained throughout the winter months.
